JUNIOR CLAIMS HANDLER

Job description
You will manage the investigation and reserving of multi-lines claims, maintaining accurate claims records and ensuring operational excellence as well as relationship management and claims handling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Thorough investigations and reserving of claims, with accurate maintenance of claims records administration systems for designated accounts.
• Development and maintenance of strong relationships with key brokers, clients, and other stakeholders, including third-party adjusters, and encouragement of collaboration across functional areas involved in the claims handling process.
• Resolution of claims with effective, service-oriented solutions, evaluation of coverage issues, determination of appropriate reserving levels, within the authority level provided.
• Strict collaboration with the international claims network providing timely information and updates on potential high exposure claims
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Master’s Degree in Law
• Attitude in interacting with multiple stakeholders in different locations
• Good level in communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders
• Ability to work both as a team and as an individual
• Good attitude in learning from the experience
• Good attitude in facing new situations/challenges
• Ability to understand processes and procedures
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail/problem solving
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office Tools
• Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken
