About the Job 

 

As an IT Governance Expert within Allianz Technology, you will lead AZ Technology’s efforts of measuring and becoming compliant with existing IT policies by Allianz Group.

 

What you do

 

  • Create annual update of AZ Technology’s IT strategy.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report IT-related risks related to AZ Technology’s business applications and IT operating model.
  • Review and validate common controls (on business applications).
  • Assess, monitor and report Allianz Technology’s IT compliance with Allianz Group policies.
  • Govern Allianz Technology’s business application portfolio together with Enterprise Architecture and IT processes.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with business, IT service teams, information security, enterprise architecture and other stakeholders to ensure common understanding and effective policy execution.

 

What you bring

 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence decision-making, and drive change across the organization, also without authority.
  • Ability of clear communication, e.g., for status reports, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify problems, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions or escalate to senior management for decision making.
  • 3+ years of experience with proven experience in IT governance, risk management and compliance, with a strong understanding of frameworks preferably COBIT, but also ITIL and ISO standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Allianz Group IT policies as well as IT Controlling are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical use.
