Investment Manager (m/d/f) in Investment Management Property/Casualty - Allianz - München

Job purpose/role

In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative, sustainable investment solutions as part of the P&C Investment Management (IMPC) team at AIM.

Key responsibilities

Developing investment proposals and implementing the approved asset allocation
Supporting portfolio steering including quarterly closing activity of the asset and corporate input for the Life Cash Flow Model SMART
Ensuring compliance of portfolio with Solvency II framework as well as regulatory constraints
Focusing on Asset / Liability Management of the investment portfolio and optimization of the strategic asset allocation in close collaboration with the global teams of Allianz Investment Management especially global ALM
Conducting investment analysis, reporting and decision proposals for top management

Key requirements/skills/ experience

Excellent university degree in mathematics or finance
3-5 years Investment management experience
Profound data science knowledge and data analytics skills
A solid Asset-Liability Background, excellent excel and modelling skills
Ability to communicate and work at ease in English and German
Additional qualifications are a plus (ie CFA charterholder)
Self-starter; pragmatic and result-oriented approach to work
Strong interest in capital markets and curiosity
Strong team player
