Do you believe the sum of the parts is greater than the whole?
Accountable for supporting back-office operations.
You'll be responsible for:
- To assist in scanning and scrutiny UW documentation.
- To assist with customer maintenance by updating the client profile via Opus.
- To assist in preparing excel listing for Bank Guarantee billing.
- Any other assistance that is related to UW matters if necessary.
- Assist in scanning and digitizing physical documents.
- Support the document disposal exercise by sorting and organizing records.
- Identify and separate documents for disposal according to guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of documents prepared for disposal.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper documentation before disposal arrangements.
- Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned by HOD as and when required.
Important to your success:
- Candidates must possess or currently pursuing Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies/administration/management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce or any other relevant fields of studies.
- Applicants must be willing to work in AGIC Klang Branch.
- Minimum 3 months’ internship period.
- Preferably to commence in May 2025 onwards.
- A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
