The Inside Sales Representative will generate new business opportunities for our Direct Sales Force via outbound calling, social selling, and from working Marketing-driven Leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide innovative and strategic ideas that help drive sales and lead generation.
- Learn and effectively execute various sales pitch techniques.
- Meet individual weekly and monthly incentive-based production goals.
- Interact via phone, social, and email with high-level business owners and decision makers.
- Develop and build relationships with Allianz Trade outside sales Agents throughout North America.
- Collaborate with teammates and management to achieve yearly team goals.
- Assisting the Direct Sales Force in developing a customer base through high quality interactions, and qualifying potential clients to maximize conversions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 1-3 Years of Business-to-Business sales experience.
- Must be motivated by a diverse set of responsibilities and have high energy.
- Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Must present self in a professional manner and be able to interact with all levels of the organization and outside contacts.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task,
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
- Looking for a candidate who possess a basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and are enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes.
