Job role
Provides support for all internal clients on different programs, processes, tools and systems, striving for compliance with legislation and delivering outstanding employee experience.
What you will do
· Maintaining employee records, updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves, assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, leaves)
· Preparing employment documentation and information to Workers Council, as per agreed local policy and regulations
· Creation of the employment contract and cover letter using current contract templates, tracking the return of all documents, relocation arrangements with external provider, ensure communication with new hires
· Prepare Employer certificates (ex: immigration office, family fund, kindergarten, housing search, bank, job ticket, etc.)
· Support in operational tasks in day-to-day business and assist with administrative HR topics
What you bring
· Professional experience in personnel administration
· Basic knowledge of German labor law (e.g. Working Hours Act, Vacation Act, protection against dismissal, parental leave, etc.)
· Working Experience with SAP-HR, Success Factors, My HR Portal type of tools, Teams, Group email
· Strong communication skills
· Independent and very structured way of working
· Pro-active person with excellent customer orientation
You have
· Ability to build rapport with remote teams
· Good organizational skills
· Very accurate working style, hands-on mentality
· Fluency in written and spoken German – C1 level
· Fluency in written and spoken English
· Advanced skills in MS Outlook, MS Excel
