Job description

Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.

We are recruiting for an HR Business Partner for a period of 9 months temporary assignment. This position reports to the Head of HR GCC.

The Role

Perform HR Functions such as recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, C&B activity, employee engagement all in line with local and regional policies and procedures

Work on company wide initiatives, event organization, company communications specific to internal employees                                                                                                                                                  

 Main Tasks

·  Ensure smooth recruitment process following regional and local policy. this includes screening cvs keeping in mind succession plan is checked, setting interviews, collecting feedback forms and finally processing documentations for the selected candidate
·  Oversee visa process and coordinate with PROs for sending/receiving of any document related to the candidate.
·  creating email access of new joiners and ensuring new joiner checklist is followed
·  managing exits whether resignation, termination or transfer and ensuring exit checklist is followed
·  managing monthly payroll process to prepare figures, communicate with fronters, get validations and then release to fronters for processing
·  contributing to HR Budget exercise to define activity/events and distribute budget accordingly
·  tracking HR expenses and ensuring HR Budget is followed
·  Maintaining records on various masterdatas- candidates, employees, talent, annual leave plans etc.
·  Maintaining data accuracy on HRIS such as EAGLE, EMP and local HR Tool
·  taking learning and development initiatives such as hiring external provider to run trainings, creating knowledge sharing session and local initiatives to promote more learnings
·  create and revise local policies and guidelines to be aligned to regional guidelines and to audit/compliance standards
·  Support on company event organisation throughout the year ( Kick off, Sports day, Family Day etc..) in terms of planning, booking of external parties and internal communication
·  Support communicating townhalls agenda, onsite preparation, and conducting surveys, analysing and sharing the results with the Exco
·  organise and roll out corporate gifts to employees (Christmas, family day, Ramadan etc..)"

·  Develop and operate most effective processes to support the BU’s strategy.
·   Motivate and retain people in a challenging and fast changing business environment.
·  Develop best practice of policies/guidelines in line with EH guidelines and local needs

KPI’s:

·  Accurate Data records on HRIS
·  Accurate processing of payroll and other payouts
·  Seamless event organization

Requirements:
