About the Job

As a Head of Talent Strategy & Culture, you'll drive a talent strategy aligned with Allianz's goals and values, champion diversity, and foster innovation. Partnering with management, you'll identify high-potential talent and enhance leadership across the organization, influencing change and building the future workforce.

 

What you do

 

· Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive talent strategy that supports business goals and growth plans.

· Champion initiatives that promote Allianz's values and enhance company culture, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

· Implement programs that foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, integrating these values into key people processes.

· Drive initiatives that incorporate innovation and growth into people processes, fostering continuous improvement and adaptability.

· Support workforce transformation by developing products and services that meet company needs, including leadership values overhaul.

· Facilitate talent and performance dialogues with senior management to identify high-potential individuals and map them to new opportunities.

· Design and oversee leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders and enhance leadership capabilities.

 

 

What you bring

 

· Extensive experience in senior HR or talent management roles within large, complex organizations.

· Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with a proven track record of successful talent and culture initiatives.

· Deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, and change management practices.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

· Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and lead organizational transformation effectively.

· Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields preferred.

· Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.

· Experience in enhancing employee engagement and retention through strategic initiatives and feedback analysis.
