About the Role:
Are you a dynamic leader with extensive experience in claims management and a passion for driving strategic improvements? Allianz is seeking a Head of NT MAC to lead and ensure the successful delivery of the Motor Accident Compensation Commission (MACC) contract requirements.
As the Head of NT MAC, you will be the face of Allianz to the Northern Territory MACC, responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, enhancing business performance, and fostering innovative practices. You will collaborate with various business units to drive improvements and ensure the sustainability of delivered initiatives.
Other key aspects of the role:
· Delivering strategic and operational contractual requirements, focusing on fund solvency and claims process efficiency.
· Leading business improvement initiatives in collaboration with Risk Management and other key areas.
· Managing financial performance, including budget delivery and expense control.
· Promoting a customer-centric approach, ensuring continuous improvements at all touchpoints.
· Enhancing operational control systems and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
· Building and managing key relationships with MACC and other authorities.
· Contributing strategically to the Personal Injury Division Business Plan and overall Allianz business.
Important to your success:
· Extensive experience in the claims management industry.
· Strong knowledge of personal injury schemes and regulatory compliance.
· Proven capability to manage organizational change and foster collaboration.
· Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation.
· Experience in working with regulatory bodies.
· Proven capability to manage change through the initiation and promotion of organisational transformation, leveraging effective process, collaboration, and communication to foster commitment and participation.
· Expert relationship management experience
· Advanced delegation and people management skills.
