We are looking for a Head of Claims Service, Key Account and Multinational (m/f/d), based in London.

The Impact You Will Have 

Reporting to the Regional Head of Claims UK, you will drive Allianz Commercial’s multinational ambition by delivering a superior customer experience and managing regional claims delivery for key accounts. You will support sales strategies, maintain customer relationships, ensure feedback loops, and oversee KPI delivery and claims data quality. As a Claims Relationship Manager, you'll lead relationship management for allocated accounts, fostering connections post-binding and pre-loss. Additionally, you'll contribute to the global multinational community, advancing Allianz Commercial’s value proposition and market profile through innovation. 

  

Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

  • Drive regional multinational claims delivery, translating growth ambitions into actionable strategies and supporting innovation. 

  • Collaborate with the multinational practice team on specific deal design and regional implementation, ensuring effective execution of international programs and supervising regional KPIs. 

  • Liaise with stakeholders, representing the claims division at senior management levels and actively promoting the claims proposition to brokers and clients. 

  • Contribute to sales planning, marketing activities, and account management for large international programs, enhancing claims service and customer onboarding to the customer portal. 

  • Coordinate across lines of business to consolidate claims updates, ensuring accurate reporting on international programs. 

  • Manage service standards and handle escalations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. 

  

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

  • Operational experience in a Commercial market with exposure to significant lead business in Market Management, Underwriting, or Claims. 

  • Strong market, competitor, and customer insight, with personal experience in client and broker-facing activities. 

  • Proficiency in developing and delivering value propositions for customers, preferably with previous experience in claims or multinational settings. 

  • Experience working in a global matrix environment. 

  • General skills including presentation, benchmarking and KPI understanding, organizational development, insurance know-how in sales and operations, and effective teamwork. 

  • A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential.
