Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief IT Officer of Allianz Malaysia Berhad, the Head of IT Service Delivery and IT Governance acts as one point of contact and interface between AZ Malaysia IT and AZ Technology Malaysia in financial, service delivery, incident management and all related matters. Also the role resumes the responsibility for all Governance related items such as internal external audits, regulatory requirements, and internal global, regional and local Governance. The person is responsible for the end-to-end service delivery from Allianz Technology as Service Provider to AZ Malaysia business.
Key Responsibilities
· First point of contact for Allianz Technology on all Allianz Malaysia related matters and vice versa
· Budget planning for run and change
· Assurance of service delivery from AZ Technology as per SLA agreement
· Responsibility for Service Delivery Committee & Service Review Committee
· Internal Planning Dialog – responsibility for all Allianz Technology matters concerning Malaysia
· Main responsibility for internal approvals with Senior Management, Legal & Compliance
· Responsibility for all Governance related matters for IT in AZ Malaysia
· Process improvements, simplification and adherence to internal and external Governance processes including regulatory, audit and legal
Key Requirements
· Years of experience in key account management
· Experienced in IT
· Basic experience in Finance
· Good team player
· Experienced in working in vendor or managing client relationships
· Experience using ChatGPT to brainstorm ideas, draft content, and improve writing efficiency.
