The Graduate Programme

As a participant in the Graduate Programme, you will undergo a comprehensive training curriculum that combines hands-on experience with specialized workshops. You will be exposed to various departments and projects, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of Allianz’ operations and strategic goals in Central Europe. Throughout the programme you will work closely with seasoned professionals and receive mentorship from trusted colleagues.

Team

The team is responsible for monitoring market trends and evaluating investment portfolios to optimize performance and manage risk. They conduct analyses of mutual fund strategies and ensure accurate valuation of securities.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze market movements and monitor market indicators
  • Analyze investment portfolio (performance, risk/return, liquidity, what if) & mutual fund performance
  • Conduct valuation of securities
  • Reconcile portfolio data against custodian and asset manager statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Generate reports to provide insight into investment performance, accounting, compliance and risk management
Key requirements/What you bring
  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related
  • First Experience in the Asset Management industry preferred, with a focus on middle/ back-office functions, such as operations, accounting, or trade support
  • Familiarity with VBA, Python, database management (SQL), MS Office and Bloomberg
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, analytical skills, driven for solutions
Potential Rotations
  • Investment Teams in other Allianz CE entities
  • Risk Teams in other Allianz CE entities
  • Investment Analytics or comparable teams at Allianz Global Investors
  • Finance Team in Allianz Slovakia
  • And more – to be discussed jointly with the candidate

 

Monthly Gross Salary
