What you do

• AI Strategy Execution Support: Collaborate with leadership and strategy teams to provide insights and technical expertise in the development of the AI strategy. Assist in executing the strategy by ensuring alignment with architectural standards and facilitating the integration of AI solutions across the organization.
• Reference architecture: Collaborate and co-create GenAI solution reference architecture with other experts and communities for key use cases. Drive the adoption of such reference architecture.
• AI Advocacy: Act as an advocate for AI technologies within the organization, sharing insights and promoting awareness of their benefits and potential applications. Support the organization in understanding and adopting AI solutions by providing thought leadership and technical guidance.
• Solution architecting: Architect and design AI solutions that address IT/business challenges and improve operational efficiency. Lead and harmonize the architecture for various applications and platforms within the GenAI core team, ensuring adherence to Allianz architecture standards.
• Tool Enablement and Support: Guide and support development teams in the implementation of tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively enabled and utilized.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / artificial intelligence or a related field.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and inspire others. 
• Proven experience in architecture and product/project delivery, liaise with business and IT leaders to ensure solution fits to strategic direction.
• Experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong solution architecture (architecting, modelling & other artefacts); and
• Knowledge & experience in system integrations and/or data engineering.
• Knowledge on platform engineering.
• Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure including the Data/GenAI capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition, explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
