Job Summary

Accountable for supporting back-office operations.

 

Job Responsibilities

·  To assist in the issuance of payment receipts and handling the outsourcing of payments related to the branch refund of premium.
·  To assist in the issuance and serving of cancellation notices to clients and agents.
·  To assist in the issuance of e-Payment notification to clients.
·  To assist in scanned documents and disposal exercise
·  To assist in scanning and scrutiny UW documentations
·  To assist with customer maintenance by updating the client profile via Opus
·  To assist in uploading bike warrior policies in shared folder
·  To assist in preparing excel listing for Bank Guarantee billing.
·  To assist with Marine e-CI issuance for corporate client.
·  Any other assistance that related to UW matters if necessary
·  To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by HOD as and when required.
