About the Job
We seek an experienced Engagement, Culture and Communication Expert to drive impactful regional and local initiatives in Allianz Technology Central Europe. You will work within the global Talent, Rewards & Culture, and Communication team as well as business stakeholders to enhance employee experience, foster engagement and promote a thriving workplace culture by excellent communication.
This is a position in Central Europe region focused on implementing regionally relevant programs in alignment with our global strategy whilst connecting with employees and leadership onsite.
What you do
- Lead regional engagement and culture projects from design to implementation and evaluation, while increasing employee participation in surveys like the Allianz Engagement Survey and Pulse Checks, supporting leadership with results analysis.
- Track engagement metrics for continuous improvement and collaborate with local NGOs and external partners for community engagement and CSR initiatives.
- Develop a regional communication strategy aligned with global strategy and goals, partnering with Global Communications to ensure messaging is aligned and culturally adapted for the Central Europe region.
- Regionalize and execute global campaigns, creating clear and compelling content for regional multi-channel communication, including online platforms and townhalls and drive communication efforts for the Head of IT Central Europe.
- Support change management activities per Allianz Technology’s global frameworks, partnering with managers during cultural or organizational changes, and communicating project and initiative goals and benefits effectively across all levels.
- Manage stakeholders including employees, senior leaders, peers and external partners, ensuring initiatives' success through effective planning, budget tracking, and follow-ups.
- Regularly engage with employees to gather insights, promote participation and create a sense of belonging.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication, or Social Sciences preferred, with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR, communications, or culture & engagement roles, demonstrating a proven track record in organizing and executing employee-facing initiatives and events.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Slovak, with excellent storytelling and communication skills and the ability to turn data into engaging communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions and levels, coupled with a self-starter attitude and strong project management and organizational skills.
- Skilled in MS Office and digital collaboration tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint and Miro, with a passion for people, diversity and inclusion.
- Curious mindset, eager to innovate and challenge the status quo, comfortable working in a dynamic environment with autonomy and accountability.
- Willing to maintain a strong presence across the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia to foster personal connections and cultural immersion.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability, with a focus on fostering personal connections and cultural immersion across regions.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.

For our location in Slovakia base salary starts from 2700€ per month and depends on the professional qualifications and experience of candidate.
