Job role
The Employee Listening Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complex timelines and processes associated with various initiatives/survey, such as Allianz Engagement Survey (AES), Pulse Surveys and Great Place To Work (GPTW). This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a community of 170+ colleagues across various organizational entities (OEs).
What will you do
- Oversee and support the project management of AES, Pulses and GPTW, ensuring adherence to strict and complex timelines.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Take ownership of specific processes related to the surveys, such as translation, hierarchy management, report generation, and exclusion criteria.
- Ensure all processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage communication with OEs and a community of 170 colleagues, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Respond to questions and facilitate exchanges of information within the community.
- Hold training sessions to educate colleagues on all processes and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on project status, progress, and key metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, timelines, and communication.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Implement solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
What you bring
- Experience as a Project Manager preferably in a multinational company;
- Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills;
- Expertise in process improvement is a plus;
- Good presentation skills;
- Fluency in English is required.
You have
- Experience in large impact project/process/change initiatives, involved in project to develop process steps and project plans to be implemented globally.
- Ability to work independently as well as engaging with various stakeholders in virtual teams across various continents and cultures.
- Able to deliver tasks in agreed timelines.
- Very good communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics also for non-experts, manage various interests and steer discussions to a desired end.
- Active discussion and collaboration partner for service providers as part of the HR value chain, ensuring good vendor relations, continuous improvement and smooth service delivery.
- Analytical and problem solving skills, hands on mentality with capability to deliver results.
- Good assertiveness, planning and organizational skills, capable of dealing with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
