We are looking for a Management Assistant to the Global Head of Global Business Operations, based in Munich.

The Impact You Will Have
The Dual Master: Management Assistant (m/f/d) is a role designed to support the Head of Global Business Operations in strategic steering, communication, and organizational tasks. Key responsibilities include organizing, planning, and implementing measures to drive the transformation of global operations, managing projects and supporting global operations topics, and fostering KPI-based steering and data-driven discussions.
The role also involves preparing meetings, including creating briefings, presentation slides, and follow-ups. Additionally, the position includes a SIBE project focusing on areas such as the setup of Global Business Operations, conceptualizing training programs, developing communication action plans, and driving transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, economics, communications, or a related field, with some work experience in communication, operations, or IT. Proficiency in English, strong MS Office and MS Teams skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent organizational abilities are essential. German language skills are a plus.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Assist the Head of Global Business Operations in strategic steering, communication and organization, including:

Organizing, planning and implementing measures to drive the transformation of Global Operations
·
Project management and project support in global Operations topics and stakeholder management
·
Fostering KPI-based steering and data-driven discussions
·
Preparation of meetings (including briefings, presentation slides, follow-ups)
·
SIBE project: Topic will be defined together with the student
What You’ll Bring to the Role

IT Skills: Proficient in Office Applications

Project Management: Experience in managing projects
·
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and delivery of various global initiatives and strategic goals

Work Experience: Ideally first work experience in communication, operations, or IT
·
Communication: Strong oral and written skills in English
·
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve issues
·
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks and priorities
·
Result-Oriented Thinking: Focus on achieving goals and outcomes
·
Global Mindset: Comfortable working in international environments
·
Education: Degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or related field
