Dispute Resolution Specialist– Consumer – Multilocation (12 Months Contract)

About the role
- Resolve customer concerns with care, accuracy, and compliance to create a positive experience.
- Handle complaints and disputes with empathy, ensuring compliance and privacy matters are addressed, ensuring adherence to the General Insurance Code of Practice and ASIC Regulatory Guides.
- Prepare and submit AFCA notices with attention to detail, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry standards.
- Maintain and oversee Complaint Management Systems, fostering organization and efficiency in tracking and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to enhance processes, drive meaningful improvements, and create better customer outcomes.
