About the Job

We are seeking a visionary and strategic UI/UX Experience Lead to establish and lead a Center of Excellence (CoE) for UI/UX design and delivery. This role will be based in Bangkok and will drive the Group's UI/UX initiatives across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering cost-effective solutions, ensuring governance and standards, and fostering a thriving knowledge hub and community. This position will also oversee satellite UI/UX delivery locations, ensuring alignment with the Group's objectives.

What you do

·  Collaborate with lead designers to implement the strategic vision for the UI/UX CoE in Bangkok.
·  Enhance the capabilities of UI/UX designers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
·  Support the design and delivery of user-centric digital products using existing frameworks.
·  Ensure projects align with methodologies and are delivered efficiently.
·  Promote cost-effective practices to optimize design processes.
·  Integrate AI technologies to boost design efficiency and productivity.
·  Strengthen UI/UX design standards and develop governance frameworks for consistency.
·  Increase adoption of the Design System for workflow efficiency and global standards.
·  Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of design excellence.
·  Expand the knowledge hub for UI/UX best practices and promote continuous learning.
·  Align UI/UX efforts across delivery locations, ensuring adherence to CoE standards.
·  Lead and mentor agile teams, facilitating communication between designers and other departments.

What you bring 

·  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
·  Minimum of ten years of experience in UX design, with substantial leadership experience.
·  Demonstrated expertise in multiple core UX disciplines (e.g., interaction design, visual design, research).
·  Proficiency in cutting-edge technologies and their impact on creating, deploying, and evaluating high-performance digital experiences.
·  Strong background in creative project planning, estimation, and staffing.
·  Experience working in agile organizations is a must.
·  Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.
·  Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, with strong experience in Figma.
·  Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
·  Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
