About the Job
Customer Contract Management (CCM) acts as an important enabler for the sale and delivery of Allianz Technology IT services to Operating Entities (OEs) within the Allianz Group. Located in the CFO area and as an integral part of the Legal Function, CCM executes a governance role on the customer relationship with a strong focus on the underlying contractual frameworks.
What you do
- Foster the creation of a cohesive approach for a global function set-up as well as oversee contractual governance, execute contract life cycle management and manage contractual/contractual process-related escalations
- Counsel the business / IT-service owners on contract-related matters
- Contribute to managing projects for the implementation and revision of contractual processes and tools, including document management, automation and workflow management
- Manage key internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority within Allianz Technology and Allianz Group OEs
- Implement, update and oversee governancemeasures related tocustomer contract management
- Drive change management activities within the team, function and wider work environment
- Develop and manage contracts management communication (traditional as well as Allianz’ intranet) and training initiatives in order to cultivate dialog with and between internal stakeholders
What you bring
- Higher education degree or equivalent work experience, with solid knowledge of common organizational processes, including financials, products, and services.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems using multiple information sources, demonstrating powers of comprehension, open-mindedness, and attention to detail.
- Highly assertive with excellent oral and written communication skills in English; German or other language skills are a plus, capable of negotiating with diverse audiences across all hierarchical levels.
- Team player with proven ability to cooperate with immediate team, customers, and other organizational areas, with exposure to global work across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Proven skills in project management, consulting, organizational transformation, and change management, with a strong interest in IT/digitalization.
- Exposure to contractual work, such as defining and shaping statements of work, with certifications in contract and commercial management (e.g., IACCM) and/or project management (PMI/Prince2) being helpful but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to foster positive team dynamics and effectively manage organizational change.
