Customer Care Agent – Roadside Assistance (RSA) 

Join Allianz Partners’ Road Mobility team and be the lifeline for customers facing roadside emergencies like breakdowns, accidents, or other issues preventing their journey.

What You’ll Do:

·  Front Office: Handle inbound calls, gather details, and organize immediate roadside help.
·  Back Office: Coordinate emergency transport, communicate with partners, and manage follow-ups.
·  Follow-Up & Social Calls: Arrange extra services like car rentals or vehicle repatriation and check on customers to ensure ongoing support.

Training & Support:

·  Comprehensive 4-6 months training with hands-on practice and close trainer guidance.
·  Continuous development after training with dedicated support.

Work Hours:

·  Shifts between 08:00–23:00, Monday to Sunday.
·  Night shifts and weekend work after training and skill mastery.
·  Flexible schedules set with your team leader.

What We’re Looking For:

·  Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends once trained.
·  Customer-focused and teamwork-oriented mindset.
·  Calm and professional in emergency situations.
