Job description
What you do
· Assist in organizing and coordinating board and committee meetings, including collecting & coordinating materials, preparing agendas, distributing meeting packs, and taking minutes.
· Assist in monitoring governance calendars and support the Governance Caretaker with proper DMS.
· Regularly informs the Executive Committee/Management Boards about the decisions taken by the functional committees.
· Organizes and coordinates the shareholders meetings and all related processes, incl. communication with shareholders.
· Liaise with Compliance & Legal to monitor and analyse regulatory developments, informing the CEO team on implications.
· Drafts, reviews, and updates corporate policies and governance documents to ensure alignment with regulations.
· Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of integrity.
What you bring
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior management.
· Proactive, detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
· Experience in drafting documents.
· Advantage - Law degree
· Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
