What you do
Responsible for timely execution of the PM Compass activities:
*Raises defects / BN via Jira; evaluates urgency & impact
*Actively involved in Go/ No Go decisions performing functional validation for defect deliveries
*Supports process changes / harmonization implementation along with adoption in local BU in conjunction with the BPE
*Defines test cases in Xray / Jira, ensures tests are documented and performs testing in different environments
*Attends calls with BU, Region, Group, Central team on system topics (steering, defects, business needs, new functionality, etc)
*Collaborate with other Compass Super Users in different BUs and Regions
*Maintaining local user accesses/ roles/ authorities and supporting on audit requests
*Point of contact for users issues/queries
*Functionality Training and demo's
What you bring
Educational requirements
* Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration/ Equivalent
* Experience in Credit Insurance, Contract Management, Billing, Accounts Receivables, Customer Accounting, Invoicing of Finance would be a plus
*Knowledge of accounting processes, invoicing, brokerage
Knowledge of IT systems, would be a plus:
* Excel-medium level
Knowledge of English
* Good English level required with any additional language as an added value
Business expertise:
* Experience in Insurance/ Contract Management/ Invoicing/ Finance
Interpersonal skills:
* Problem solving skills
* Team player
* Analytical / numerical skills
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and in changing environment
* Able to work autonomously
