About the Job

Allianz Technology is the Global IT shared service provider for all Allianz Operating Entities worldwide, providing the infrastructure, services and applications required by Allianz employees to perform their daily work and serve our millions of customers every day. The Infrastructure & Information Security pillar within Allianz Technology has the objective to successfully deliver the Allianz Infrastructure services and capacity, evolving the strategy in the adoption Global Shared Services. You will be the Commercial Service Manager for Europe 1, accounting for all services, costs and revenues.


Be an active part in the development of the commercial service manager community with in IF and our partner organisations (CFO, CTO1 / CTO42). You will learn from the community and give your knowledge to the community crossing service boundaries. Develop and implement cost steering and controlling processes for the product to the benefit of the customers and Europe 1. 

 

What you do

  • Execution of operational commercial tasks required to run the service (ensure resource allocation and time recording, ordering, invoicing, cost optimization, service costing and volumes, internal order sign off).
  • Enabling business to provide projects and services within the financial framework and targets, optimizing delivery model (e.g.: sourcing mix and shoring).
  • Key contact to all commercial topics within the function.
  • Monthly tracking of project and services on transactional level, considering information from all available tools and business insights.
  • Ensure operational input for closing reporting activities including P&L commenting, forecasting, provisions / accruals, planning or pricing activities .
  • Support the function in the setup of new services and projects, including documentation (commercial service concept and business case), following corporate guidelines.

 

What you bring

  • Higher education degree with technical-economical focus e.g. industrial engineering or equivalent work experience Experienced in the use of systems that are relevant for Cloud Cost Controlling, e.g. SAP FI-CO/BW, ServiceNow and of course Excel.

  • Possessing understanding of (IT) service management and (IT) service organisations.

  • Relevant work experience e.g. in accounting, controlling, IT service management etc.

  • Basic knowledge about data center services.

  • Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardised (ever-changing) work situations.

  • Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information.

  • (Microsoft) CopiloT.
