You'll be responsible for
·
Acting as a key partner between client and organisation, ensuring optimal communication at all times and ensuring service levels are met and exceeded.
·
Assisting in planning and executing the portfolio marketing strategy, including brand positioning, offer creation, data analysis, and media planning.
·
Supporting key stakeholders and service providers to achieve business outcomes, focusing on financial plans, growth rates, customer retention, and product mix.
·
Collaborating with stakeholders on product opportunities, manage complaints and internal disputes, and provide reporting and insights for business targets.
·
Monitoring and reviewing campaigns to ensure best practices are followed and maximize business value.
About you
·
Experience working in Project Coordination, Project Management, Account Management or similar.
·
Experience in Banking, Insurance or Financial Services will be advantageous.
·
Proven experience working on key initiatives; delivering a variety of projects, where you were accountable for managing competing demands effectively whilst communicating outcomes appropriately.
·
Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
·
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills for data interpretation and solution identification.
·
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders, influence outcomes, and foster a customer-centric culture.
