Our Opportunity:
The incumbent will support the Financial Adviser business development team in expanding General Insurance distribution and achieving planned sales targets within the Financial Adviser sector in Singapore.
Key Responsibility Areas:
· Support business development managers by facilitating the new business and renewal placement processes.
· Liaise with FA intermediaries and the policy management team to follow up on outstanding new business and renewal requirements.
· Assist with regular sales and pipeline reporting, as well as presentation preparation.
· Coordinate and support the planning and execution of FA events.
· Analyse sales trends and market changes to inform business strategy planning and execution.
· Perform any other duties as needed to facilitate and enhance the business development process.
Capabilities and Qualifications:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
· Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
· Highly motivated to foster team relationships and contribute positively to team success.
· Adaptable and demonstrates a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
· Proactive in problem-solving and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
