Sales Development Associate- Trade Credit

Job description

Are you passionate about driving sales and building strong client relationships? Allianz Trade in Greece,  certified as a Best Place to Work for Women 2024, has an exciting opportunity for a new member to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Commercial Head, you will:

·  Sell Allianz Trade solutions to corporate companies from qualification to closing.
·  Contribute to our success with your exceptional performance and dedication.
·  Uphold Allianz Trade’s high standards of quality and reliability with clients and brokers.

 

What you do :

·  Identify and develop new sales opportunities with potential clients.
·  Use leads from our systems to approach targeted prospects
·  Expand our client base by using your interpersonal skills and recommendations.
·  Represent Allianz Trade at client visits, industry events, conferences and trade shows
·  Respond promptly to partner requests and provide exceptional service.
·  Build and maintain trust-based relationships with partners and brokers.
·  Ensure new policies are of high quality and facilitate their transition to the Account Management team.
·  Ensure that sales fully reflect the key features of Credit Insurance.
·  Contribute to the development of Trade Credit Insurance Line of Business
·  Follow the sales cycle end to end

What You Bring: Required Skills and Experience

·  Interested in Trade Credit Insurance
·  Proven experience in the Insurance or Banking sectors.
·  3-5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales and Services (hunting), showcasing great selling skills and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
·  Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluent Greek is mandatory.
·  Ability to effectively manage brokerage channels.
·  Strong networking skills with established contacts in the broker and banking sectors.
·  Good negotiator (able to convince about presented products)
·  Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
·  Strong organizational skills and personal drive.
·  Ability to handle complex and multitasking projects flexibly and effectively.
·  Competent in basic IT systems, including MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
·  Mobility in Greece for client-meetings/events
