Job description

What you do

·  Work with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for system migration.
·  Translate business needs and legacy system functionalities into detailed migration specifications.
·  Collaborate with Group and Regional IT teams to ensure alignment on migration priorities and strategies.
·  Coordinate with business stakeholders, including Group functions, and regional/local functions, to ensure a unified approach to migration.
·  Develop and manage the migration plan, ensuring all activities are completed on schedule and within scope.
·  Ensure the migration process adheres to quality standards and minimizes business disruption.
·  Define data mapping and transformation rules to migrate data from legacy systems to Compass.
·  Validate data integrity and accuracy post-migration to ensure consistency.
·  Contribute to and validate the migration test plans, ensuring all scenarios are covered.
·  Collaborate with QA teams to conduct thorough testing of migrated data and processes.
·  Manage defect tracking and resolution during migration testing phases.
·  Monitor the migration process and provide ongoing support to address any issues that arise post-migration.
·  Ensure non-functional requirements (e.g., SLA, availability, resiliency) of the migrated systems are met.

·  Strong process minded thinking, problem solving/ solution orientated
·  Responsible, independent, detailed oriented worker 
·  Great verbal and written communication skills (English speaking mandatory; another European language is a plus - French, German, etc.)
·  Lean / Six Sigma or similar certificate is a plus
