Job role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business and Data Analyst to join our Anti-Fraud Platform team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating fraud risks by analyzing complex datasets, defining business requirements, and driving data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize processes that enhance the platform’s efficiency and effectiveness in combating fraudulent activities.

What you bring
· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
· A Master’s degree is a plus.
· Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis, preferably in fraud detection, financial services, or cybersecurity domains.
You have
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
· Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
· Familiarity with data modeling and predictive analytics concepts.
· Basic understanding of database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Soft Skills:
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
