Job description

What you do? 

 

As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for responding inbound calls and/or e-mails of customers for different line of business all around Mexico and USA.

 

Roles and responsibilites:

 

  • Answer inbound calls and handle middle and back-office activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
  • Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
  • Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI’s.
  • Active participation in team meetings.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or High School completed (GED) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.
  • Customer service
  • Advanced English / Excellent English (written and spoken level).
  • Minimum experience of 6 months in Customer Service or related.

 

Temporary 3 Month Job Offer:

 

  • Direct hiring
  • Schedules: 6am-2pm with 1 day off a week.
  • Base salary before taxes of $13, 711 MXN + $1,400 in food coupons + Law Benefits + Remote work after training based on performance.
  • Work Zone: Benito Juárez, CDMX. Work on site.
