Job description
The MPM Assistant Manager is responsible to support the development, implementation, and management of medical provider networks and applicable provider revenues. This role involves assisting with provider negotiations, maintaining relationships, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall performance and efficiency of the network. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with various departments to support organizational goals and enhance network operations. The Assistant manager is responsible for supporting and leading the team and making decision during of the absence of MPM Manager.
What you do:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Support Network Development: Assist the Manager in developing and maintaining a network of healthcare providers, including hospitals, physicians, and ancillary services and negotiation of Provider revenues
· Contract maintenance : Provide support in negotiating contracts with healthcare providers to secure cost[1]effective and quality care. Manage the contract documentations and mail room operations.
· Provider database: Manage the accurate and up to date contents of medical provider database • Provider Relations: Help establish and maintain positive relationships with network providers, addressing concerns and issues under the guidance of the Manager.
· Compliance Support: Ensure that MPM contracts and documentations adhere to relevant internal and external regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Responsible for compliance of TOM and DTP’s
· Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring network performance metrics such as cost, quality, and accessibility, and help implement improvement initiatives.
· Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the local regional and global teams and also closely work with network Operations providing necessary support and assistance.
· Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments including Business development, CRM, Operations and Finance to support overall organizational goals.
· Reporting: Local , Regional reporting and Global trackers updates and maintenance of information of assigned country;
· Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on network performance, including provider utilization, cost trends, and quality metrics.
· New service addition: Responsible for all new services addition as per standard pricing model within Internal agreed TATs
· Technical infrastructure: Responsible to learn and adapt to the company’s technical environment and work on all the applicable systems and projects across all Allianz Partners entities
· Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the local regional and global teams and also closely work with network Operations providing necessary support and assistance.
· Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments including Business development, CRM, Operations and Finance to support overall organizational goals.
· Provider Training : Plan and Conduct Provider training per requirement and maintain updated training material in coordination with the line Manager.
· Special negotiations : Health checkup packages / Gate keeper arrangements / special schemes arrangements with Medical providers with specification of SLA.
· ADHOC projects as assigned
What you bring:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare network management or a related field.
· Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards o Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools
