Key Responsibilities

To support our Learning Development team you will be :

• Helping to manage transversal projects (e.g. upskilling project or learning programs’ roll-out , HR tools harmonization, tools design and customization)
• Supporting the deployment of projects in terms of design, communication and coordination to maximize learner experience & enrollment
• Helping in the preparation of all-important governance milestones (agenda, team’s coordination, presentation’s deck).
• Support on Learning tools, user assistance of the whole Allianz Trade population
• Fostering the collaboration by sharing best practices within the global Learning community.
• Supporting the team in business-as-usual tasks.
• Performing market watch to keep track of learning external trends and innovations

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Master’s degree preferably in Human Resources from a university/business school
• Fluent in English (written and verbal). French or another language is an asset
• Excellent command of MS-Office
• Creative, digital driven, strong communication skills
• Proven relationship skills and cross-cultural experience
• Reliable with ability to deal with confidential information
