The role

As an Agency Engagement Manager within our Treasury Managed Fund division, you’ll play a key role in driving exceptional workers compensation outcomes for our customers and communities. The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage the strategic direction, relationships, and outcomes within an allocated portfolio of NSW Government agencies.

You will work across the TMF business to review the performance of your agency portfolios, work with our claims team to drive positive customer and business outcomes and deliver a comprehensive program of support, tailored to the needs of each agency.

Main responsibilities

·  Build and maintain strong partnerships with our NSW Government agencies to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and high-quality service delivery.
·  Act as the primary Allianz contact for our TMF government agency partners, fostering trust and collaboration to support shared objectives.
·  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support best practice in claims and injury management.
·  Develop and maintain tailored, flexible engagement plans that align with the needs and challenges of the portfolio.
·  Use data and insights to shape engagement strategies, monitor performance, and influence positive change - both internal and external.
·  Contribute to the planning and delivery of initiatives that support continuous improvement across the TMF scheme.
·  Provide expert guidance and act as a central point of contact for agency relationships, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
·  Be part of a supportive and high-performing team committed to making a difference in the lives of injured people in NSW.

About You

You’re a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and someone who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’re passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes and understand the value of strong partnerships in driving performance and continuous improvement.

You’ll bring:

·  Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, account management or relationship management, ideally within insurance, government, or a regulatory environment.
·  A sound understanding of claims or injury management frameworks and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
·  A data-driven mindset, using insights to shape how you engage with customers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
·  Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building trust and accountability across diverse stakeholder groups.
·  Confidence and credibility in influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior / executive leaders and external partners – preferably within government agencies.
·  Resilience and proactivity, with a solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·  Experience within the NSW Treasury Managed Fund scheme, or a strong understanding of its structure, stakeholders, and objectives, will be highly regarded.
