Key responsibilities

 

Reporting to the Head of ACM Key Account Management, you will be acting as key account managers for business units (BUs) and engage with Lines of Business (LoBs) and functions coordinating and steering the effective Target platform implementation, transition and adoption.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic vision, analytical prowess, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for creating transparency on implementation status, assessing and reshaping our geographical footprint, and closely monitoring operational performance across all BUs and LoBs. A key part of your role will be to identify risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure that our transformation journey is both successful and sustainable.

 

Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including AP Board Members, Allianz SE Group centers, and department heads, will be crucial. You will ensure that strategic and financial analyses for key transformation topics are driven forward, providing insightful guidance to the board of management and senior leadership.

As an ACM Key Account Manager, you are in charge of the following responsibilities:

 

·  Steer E2E implementation from Business Readiness Analysis to post-implementation productivity monitoring.
·  Conduct strategic planning and roadmapping for ACM implementation within Europe, outlining implementation/ramp-up sequencing and prioritize activities based on financial impact, business needs and resource availability.
·  Identify roll-out impediments/roadblocks and coordinate resolving issues with respective stakeholders.
·  Define clear KPIs for platform's efficiency, usability, and business impact and establish corresponding monitoring dashboard.
·  Manage multi-discipline tasks involving personnel both inside and outside the ACM roll-out and decommissioning program.  Make program decisions based on varied and often conflicting information, objectives, and opinions.  Resolve conflicts and manage escalation as they arise. In this capacity, this role will be accountable to effectively manage several key and strategic issues concurrently and ensure these are remediated in a timeline manner.    
·  Facilitate Steering Committee at BU and global level to track and monitor progress of ACM roll-out delivery and decommissioning strategy.

What you bring   

 

· 
Multi-Year experience in collaboration with Business or working within LoB.

· 
Proven ability in Business Case Analysis, CBA, Benefit realisation, budget tracking.            

· 
Proven ability to monitor and manage interactions with all external,  both contractual and non-contractual parties.

· 
Multi-Year experience in Transformation.

· 
Proven experience in Risk management tools and analysis. 

· 
2-3 years of work experience in consulting (either management consulting, an internal strategy department or in implementation consulting) or as a project or program manager in a corporate environment. 

· 
Proven experience in project management with delivery responsibility required. 

· 
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, demonstrated at Board level. 

· 
Proven ability to transition, individuals, teams and organizations.
