The V.I.E. program coordinator facilitates the international assignments of young professionals in French companies abroad (in this case in Akkodis Germany). The V.I.E. program coordinator isresponsible for the development of the V.I.E. program in Akkodis Germany. Main tasks and responsibilities:
1.) Candidate Selection:
Reviewing applications from prospective V.I.E. candidates
Conducting interviews or assessments to evaluate their suitability for the program
Collaborating with the hiring managers to finalize candidate selections
2.) Recruitment and HR:
Communicating with the hiring managers to identify the hiring needs and finding suitable assignments for V.I.E. participants
Coordinating the recruitment process, i.e. preparing and posting job offers, creating contracts
3.) Onboarding and Orientation:
Assisting selected candidates with the necessary paperwork and preparation for the relocation if needed
Providing orientation and guidance to new V.I.E. candidates in the company
4.) Monitoring and Compliance:
Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each participant
Ensuring that V.I.E. participants comply with the program's rules and regulations
Conducting regular check-ins with V.I.E. participants to address any concerns or provide support
5.) Communication:
Serving as the primary point of contact for V.I.E. participants and the host company
Facilitating communication between participants, host company and Business France
6.) Program Promotion:
Promoting the V.I.E. program to potential candidates and hiring managers
7.) Evaluation and Feedback:
Collecting feedback from V.I.E. participants and host companies to continuously improve the program
8.) Crisis Management:
Resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the assignment of V.I.E. candidates
Responding to any emergencies or crises that may affect the V.I.E. participants
9.) Program Development:
Contributing to the enhancement and growth of the V.I.E. program by proposing improvements and innovations
Profile
Fluency in German and English language (and French), as the program involves coordinating with Business France and Akkodis France
Intermediate knowledge of German language, for better communication with the colleagues in Akkodis Germany
Deep understanding of the V.I.E. program, including its regulations, eligibility criteria, and administrative processes
Prior experience in Recruitment and HR domain
Experience in program management is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve issues that V.I.E. participants or the host company may encounter
Understanding of cultural differences and ability to support participants in adapting to a new job and living environment
