An opportunity for a Partners & Suppliers Aircraft Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).
RESPONSABILITIES:
·
Coordinate and drumbeat Quality, Logistic, Production and other related departments to ensure any milestone on time and on quality for Airbus Commercial Partners and Suppliers´ points (D2+3).
·
Analyse the outstanding work related to partners and suppliers of OWB, CWB, VTP, Pylons, NF, WFF and organise Section Hand Over meetings with Plants.
·
Capture and track technical risk, coordinate and monitor Outstanding Work.
·
Capture, analyse and resolve the blockings during aircraft assembling
·
Visualise production progress and A/C status.
·
Report any issue to upper levels.
·
Support on the technology, process and management improvement for production problems.
·
Act as Focal point for Airbus Commercial Plants into Seville FAL for OSW.
·
Act as Focal point for suppliers into Seville FAL for OSW.
·
The jobholder is a member of the XPlant ACM Team based in Seville, responsible for any A/C deltas related with D2+3 (Airbus commercial suppliers and Partners) affecting milestones such as Quality Gates, FOTs, FFs, H/Os and ToTs on time & quality, solve the blockings of aircraft assembling to secure production milestones, visualise and report status of MCA sections/aircraft/production, coordination acting as interface between FAL and Plant representatives/Partners and Suppliers. Representative in front of WP’s leaders (AIF, AA, AUK, AID).

The jobholder represents, coordinates and communicates X-Plant OSW analysis and actions aligned to, and on behalf of donating Airbus Commercial Plants. The jobholder is responsible to provide clear leadership and vision. To inspire, and motivate the X-Plant Team, and the donating Plants to achieve excellence aligned to ‘Route to Zero’ OSW principles.
SKILLS:
·
Experience required on WP´s in front of the FAL, managing them with WP’s leader with split responsibilities between several entities.
·
Good knowledge and experience of different SAPs (PAC/PEA/APD/PGI/PEM).
·
Knowledge on Airbus Operations, Airbus Atlantic and Airbus Aerostructures GmB supply chain activities.
·
Have good experience on different kinds of technical issues on A400M aircraft sections (Cockpit, Wing, Pylons, VTP, WFF, CWB)
·
Be an innovative problem solver who already demonstrates willing to work across organisational borders.
·
Able to work in an international team, integrating people with different cultural backgrounds. XPLANT is a multicultural and international work environment.

Project management experience.
·
Good knowledge and experience of CATIA V5, AIRINA and NormMaster Tool.
·
Good knowledge and experience of FAL tools FINOB & TLB.
·
Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft and Google Tools (Excel, Sheets, etc.)
·
Strong adaptability and reactivity.
·
Have good interpersonal skills.
·
Be organised, rigorous.
·
Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organisation and escalate when required.
·
Ability to build strong relationships, stakeholder management.
·
Proactive approach to problem solving.
·
Can do spirit / Positive attitude.
·
A negotiation level in English is a MUST.
·
Good level of Spanish and/or French would be an advantage.
