In order to support the Business Management System team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a
Working Student in Business Process Management (d/f/m)
You are a full-time student, looking for a working student position and want to be part of a company transformation? Then apply now! We look forward to you supporting us in our Business Management System Team as a working student (d/f/m) with approx. 18 hours a week!

Your tasks and responsibilities
·
Support the company's transformation through the Business Management System (BMS) improvement
·
Support the Business Management System team and learn hands on to use one of the best in class platforms for business process management (ARIS)
·
Support in data integration and analytics to enhance decision making and provide business insights
·
Development of requirements management in the Business Management System , based on Quality Standards like ISO9001/EN9100
·
Support business users from the different areas on BMS matters
·
Publication of BMS content
·
Creation of documentation
·
Usage of state of the art Artificial Intelligence tools
Desired skills and qualifications
·
You are enrolled full-time student in the area of Computer Science, Data analytics, Aerospace or an equivalent field of study.
·
You see value in data and are passionate about uncovering insights that drive business decisions
·
You have experience with Google Workspace/ Data visualisation tools (Qlik Sense)
·
You are fluent in English - any other additional language (German, French, Spanish) considered a plus
·
You have strong analytical thinking skills, are capable of interpreting complex data sets, identify patterns and provide actionable insights
·
You are a very good team player, have excellent communication skills and are able to work autonomously
