For Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth within the department EDSE & EDSV "Operational Procurement - Avionics, Electricals, Air Vehicle, Mission Systems, Weapons and optional Equipments (d/f/m)" we are looking for a VIE - Supply Officer (f/m/d).

What is the VIE program?
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
We are looking for highly motivated graduates (d/f/m) aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Candidates meeting these criteria and interested in a VIE, please register before your 28th birthday on the website www.civiweb.com. What can you expect for your position at Airbus Helicopters?
Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. Define, implement and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations). Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt. Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management. Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers!
Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Main project is linked to Monitoring & Improvement on Quality of Stock :
Optimize good stock / clean bad stock

Blocked stock: Parts under NC / Parts blocked in SP99 / Return flow => Link with SCQM Teams & Operational Quality

Optimize good stocks: Ordering parameters
·
Optimize good stocks: PO Postponement
·
Communication & awareness within the teams EDSE & EDSV
·
Define processes & rules
·
Connexion with Methods & Tools to share main messages
Your skills and qualifications
·
University degree in economics, logistics, aeronautic or similar
·
First experiences in Quality and Supply Chain Management
·
Good knowledge in MS Office and G-Suite, SAP would be a plus
·
Good communication skills and ability to work in a transnational team
·
Proactive, persistent and logical approach to new challenges
·
English: negotiation level, German: beneficial
