Description
The Finance NextGen Program is an Airbus Helicopters development program. This Program consists of two assignments in two different countries. Each assignment lasts for a period of two years. They are combined with off-the-job modules, designed to strengthen participant’s management and financial competencies. This program is designed to identify and develop talented Leaders for the Airbus Finance Community who will contribute significantly towards achieving our business goals. The Finance NextGen Program enables its participants to enhance financial know-how and expertise, combined with further learning in management and leadership competencies.
The mission of the program

Fostering and deepening participants’ financial knowledge and expertise on the Airbus world of Finance, enlarging the scope to the international financial context

Linking formal learning with rotating, real-business project assignments
·
Increasing participants’ project management and leadership competencies
·
Encouraging networking, job shadowing, mobility and cross-cultural experiences
·
Mentorship from a member of the Finance Top Management
Mission
During your first assignment, you will be part of AIRBUS Helicopters H145/H135 Program Controlling team.
Your primary task will be to enhance and compliment performance management in Program Controlling, ensuring coherent, sustainable and structured data-based analytics.
You will be responsible to perform deviation analysis, to identify areas of improvement and monitor performance trends.
The main focus will lie in the fields of:

Cash Management and Planning specifically in the area of the Working Capital.
·
Production Cost Controlling which shall include Overseas FAL activities with local content.
·
During your time and dependent on your evolution you may be required to take on additional tasks as needed to support team objectives and business priorities.
Responsibilities
You will be in charge of:

Support and establish regular, transparent and cross-site financial reports, including relevant commentary to demonstrate the program's short- and medium-term business performance.
·
Review and enhance reporting framework: Optimize and compliment current reporting structures to strengthen performance management by ensuring data clarity, clear actual/target comparisons and enable variance analysis.
·
Incorporate and Refine Forecasting Methodologies: evaluate, define and implement forecasting methods aligned with company processes and relevant stakeholders of the functions with the target of achieving accurate performance tracking.
·
Define Key Performance Indicators: Establish meaningful KPIs to enable planned vs actual results and to secure performance targets.
·
Support-Data Driven Decisions: Provide data-based insights through comprehensive analysis resulting in proposals for actionable improvement measures.
Competencies
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Financial master degree with strong appetite for disruptive technologies and data-driven strategies (specialization/option in Data analytics would be a real plus)

Autonomy and ability to challenge stakeholder, service mindedness
·
Diligently respects commitments on time & quality
·
Good communication skills (ability to make finance important to non-finance people and to make complex issues understandable)
·
A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
·
Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
