An opportunity within the MRO LTA Production Quality team has arisen in Airbus DS in Seville (San Pablo), you will reinforce the T1QAOL2 department.
RESPONSABILITIES:

The jobholder will evaluate the quality management system and will manage the operational surveillance system to ensure the MRO centre adherence to regulations (i.e.: EASA P-145, EN9100, etc.).

The jobholder will contribute to aircraft deliveries, as part of the MRO end to end process, ensuring customer deliverables (i.e.: Maintenance Work Report, etc.) and boosting the customer experience.
·
The jobholder will monitor the compliance of the subcontracting works with internal certification standards, as part of the operational surveillance.
·
The jobholder will coordinate different processes to manage certifications and qualification of the staff, supporting the competence assessment system of the centre and evaluating technical skills (i.e.: structural, electrical or avionic competences).
·
The jobholder will manage work authorizations within the system, and will ensure the compliance with the required different competences according to the standard.
·
The jobholder will coordinate quality team resources and activities to secure On Quality, On Time and On Cost performance.
·
The jobholder will participate in the continuing improvement activities of the area (i.e.: operational surveillance). He tracks and analyses quality KPIs, participates in FOD and SMS MFTs, develops TIPs, etc.

The jobholder also maintains the quality system of the area, updating and creating procedure documentation and assuring approved procedures are followed.

The jobholder will secure the adherence to the regulation requirements as well as the quality management system requirements, company standards and values.
SKILLS:
·
Experience in Quality processes. Operative experience as the quality focal point of a multifunctional team will be a plus.
·
High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode, proposing new ideas.
·
Experience in managing people and conflicts.
·
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
