The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

Job Summary:
The Commercial Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial activities. This role involves coordinating and managing various operational aspects of our sales and commercial processes to ensure seamless execution and delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong organizational skills.
Within the Commercial Office (CO), the Commercial Operations Specialist will primarily report to the Head of Commercial Operations, based at our headquarters in France. For day-to-day management and local support, the candidate will be attached to the Head of Region Sales, based in the VIE location. This dual reporting structure ensures alignment with both global commercial operations and local regional needs.
The Commercial Operations Specialist will be responsible for attributed Commercial Operations functions as described below:

Contribute to direct sales activities (renewals & transition campaigns) to support the achievement of annual order intake and revenue targets

Manage and/or support business tools updates and improvement
·
Support automation initiatives throughout development & improvement of business tools, policies and processes including, but not limited to, pricing generation and pricing monitoring tools, Online store…
·
Propose and contribute to initiatives/projects aimed at optimising Commercial Performances or achieving specific Business Targets
Main Responsibilities :
Direct Sales (support of Regional Sales teams)
·
Lead sales opportunities that are not in the scope of the regional sales teams
(example : renewals up to 100K$, targeted transition campaigns, etc)
·
Track the Renewal Sales activity worldwide to secure on-time renewal of our contract base
·
Support Heads of Regions with Regional activity decks (ex: QBR's, etc)
Business Data & Tools Management
·
Collect, analyse and interpret sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance (ex: quarterly reports on sales metrics)
·
With the support of the central team, effectively train the regional team on process updates, tools usage, etc.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
·
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to increase operational efficiency.
·
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall productivity.
·
Continuously contribute to our data quality ratio improvement through monitoring and training of local sales teams.
·
Be the voice of Commercial Operations in Region and lead a strong collaboration with the Sales
Education :
·
Successfully completed Masters degree in Commercial Environment
Required Skills / Experience :
·
Sales support / Marketing and/or finance experience
·
Tools/Digitalisation experience (Salesforce / Qliksense knowledge will be a plus)
·
Preferably, knowledge of Flight Operations environment
·
Proactive and vocal approach
·
Good analytic capabilities, able to synthetize and report concise information from various domains, fully comfortable in manipulating figures
·
Fluent English communication skills both verbal and written
·
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·
Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities
·
Strong organisational skills

Résumé du poste:
Le VIE Spécialiste des Opérations Commerciales joue un rôle clé dans l'optimisation de l'efficacité et de l'efficience de nos activités commerciales. Ce rôle implique la coordination et la gestion de divers aspects opérationnels de nos processus de vente et commerciaux pour garantir une exécution et une livraison fluides. Le candidat idéal est minutieux, analytique et possède de solides compétences organisationnelles.
Au sein du Bureau Commercial (CO), le VIE Spécialiste des Opérations Commerciales reportera au Responsable des Opérations Commerciales, basé à notre siège en France. Pour la gestion quotidienne et le soutien local, le candidat sera rattaché au Responsable des Ventes de la Région, basé sur le lieu de la mission. Cette structure de double reporting assure un alignement entre les opérations commerciales globales et les besoins locaux de la région.
Le VIE Spécialiste des Opérations Commerciales sera responsable des fonctions décrites ci-dessous :

Contribuer aux activités de vente directe (renouvellements et campagnes de transition) pour soutenir l’atteinte des objectifs annuels de prise de commandes et de revenus.

Gérer et/ou soutenir les mises à jour et améliorations des outils commerciaux
·
Soutenir les initiatives d' automatisation à travers le développement et l'amélioration des outils commerciaux, des processus, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les outils de génération de prix, de surveillance des prix, etc.
·
Proposer et contribuer à des initiatives / projets visant à optimiser les performances commerciales ou atteindre des objectifs spécifiques.
Responsabilités principales :
Ventes Directes (soutien aux équipes commerciales régionales)
·
Mener les opportunités de vente qui ne relèvent pas du périmètre des équipes commerciales régionales (par exemple : renouvellements jusqu'à 100K$, campagnes de transition ciblées, etc.).
·
Suivre l'activité des ventes à l'échelle régionale pour garantir le renouvellement à temps de notre base de contrats.
·
Soutenir les responsables de région avec des supports d'activité régionaux (ex : QBR, etc.).
Gestion des Données et Outils Commerciaux
·
Collecter, analyser et interpréter les données de ventes pour fournir des analyses et recommandations visant à améliorer la performance des ventes (ex : rapports trimestriels sur les indicateurs de vente).
·
Avec le soutien de l’équipe centrale, former efficacement l’équipe régionale sur les mises à jour des processus, l’utilisation des outils, etc.
Initiatives d'Amélioration Continue
·
Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques pour accroître l'efficacité opérationnelle.
·
Collaborer avec les équipes transversales pour rationaliser les flux de travail et améliorer la productivité générale.
·
Contribuer en continu à l’amélioration de la qualité des données grâce au suivi et à la formation des équipes commerciales locales.
Être la voix des Opérations Commerciales dans la région et être meneur d’une étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales.
Formation :
Diplôme de Master dans un environnement commercial
Compétences / Expérience requises :

Expérience en soutien aux ventes, marketing et/ou finance.
·
Expérience en outils / digitalisation (connaissance de Salesforce / Qliksense sont un plus).
·
Idéalement, connaissance de l'environnement des opérations de vol.
·
Approche proactive et communicative.
·
Bonnes capacités analytiques, capable de synthétiser et d'apporter des informations concises provenant de divers domaines, à l’aise avec la manipulation des chiffres.
·
Compétences en communication en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
·
Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles avec une approche collaborative.
·
Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes solides.
·
Capacité à gérer des priorités multiples et changeantes.
