Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Display Test Specialist SA/LR/MRTT+ (M/F) to join our Flight Management & Indicating team based in Toulouse, France.
1VVAN is a team composed of 28 people with varied profiles, responsible for providing a maturity assessment of Flight Management Systems (FMS), Display systems, and Flight Warning systems, following integration tests performed on benches or simulators, as well as post-flight analyses.
Your working environment :
You will join the Display pole . The Display system is the central interface between the crew and all aircraft systems. Its mission is to present to the pilots all necessary information for carrying out their mission. Being a Display tester therefore implies not only performing pilot operations but also having a global view of aircraft systems in addition to a specialized expertise in Display system architecture. Beyond the many evolutions of aircraft systems within ongoing programs, innovative and stimulating R&T projects are conducted on Display systems to prepare the autonomous and sustainable aircraft of tomorrow.

Your challenges :

Prepare, execute and write reports on Display system tests for the SA/LR (Single Aisle and Long Range) family for which you will become a specialist. This includes lab tests on benches and simulators, as well as flight test analysis.

Lead a subcontracting team responsible for performing testing activities with you.

Implement new testing methods such as virtual testing, test automation relying on innovative tools (like JIRA for writing procedures and tracking anomalies).
Your boarding pass :
Experience: minimum 3 years in a similar position.

Graduate with a Master's degree or equivalent in engineering.
·
You have, or wish to develop, good technical knowledge of aircraft systems/functions through testing on virtual platforms, benches and simulators, as well as through exchanges with design offices and flight crews.

You have a strong interest in technical subjects, while also possessing project management and coordination skills.
·
