Job Description
You have a strategic thinking, open mindset, you are ready to challenge and influence internal and external stakeholders, to negotiate contractual and commercial terms and conditions to protect Airbus interest?
You will be part of the Airbus Customer Service Procurement Aerostructures Services family and work in a transnational, diverse team of more than 20 people.
You will:
The buyer for fleet efficiency analyzes business needs, challenges requirements based on procurement feasibility & technical / product knowledge to secure agile sourcing roadmaps in order to meet customer’s needs & contribute to business objectives.
They act as prime interface interacting with the buyer population, steer business related KPIs and are part of the resolution team in the frame of the repair, retrofit and upgrade business.
Ultimate mission is customer satisfaction through consolidated communication and reliable process, compliant sourcing solutions and conditions.

Ensure coherence between Programmes and Procurement matters and as such define and agree the appropriate procurement approach
·
According to sourcing strategies & project constraints, organise overall for the project the tender evaluation & supplier selection/negotiation process.
·
Coordinate the Supply Management functions supporting the proposal (Procurement Contract Management, Commodity Management, Supply Chain & Quality Management, Supplier Development Management).
·
Act as focal point towards the corresponding upgrade, retrofit or repair project for all products procurement / purchase matters.
·
Ensure that procurement processes are correctly and consistently applied.
·
Ensure sourcing for the Programme & manages deviation/ mitigates risks
·
Ensure procured items development & industrialization are managed
·
Set-up/keep updated a procurement performance dashboard for the Programme
·
Put in place agile supplier selection solutions meeting customer requirements
·
Ensure supply chain competitiveness for the Programme
·
Follow-up procurement risks for the Programme

First experience in Procurement required, Procurement experience in the aviation sector would be a plus.

International exposure

Language skills: Negotiation level of English, French would be a plus.
