Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Telephony Solution Architect (f/m) to join our Information Management Department.

As a Telephony solution Architect you will join the Devices and Services team within Airbus Digital Workplace Department which aim to digitalize Airbus employees ways of working.

The Devices and Services team goal is to enables employees with the provision of modern ‘endpoint’ services and an ability to access Airbus business applications and solutions wherever they are working. 

It includes provision, configuration, deployment and management of the following :

· 
Virtualization Solutions Computer Solutions,

· 
Printing & Scanning,

· 
Application & Store,

· 
Telephony Solutions.

As a Telephony Solutions Architect, you will participate in the architecture of the Telephony product and bring technical expertise to the team.

All these activities have to be driven in the frame of the international IT transformation and the Airbus Digitization initiatives (Smartphone for all, IPT Upgrade, Cloud Migration…)

You will work closely with the other team members, subcontractors, projects/program managers, Service Delivery Managers, Security Officers, business representatives and other IT teams, in France and across Europe.

Your challenges:

· 
Responsible of the Architecture management, to follow and challenge the activity from the project phase to the operation management phase

· 
Being the Technical Expert in order to advise and deliver a specific technology or methodology use case,

· 
Balance technological opportunities with business (process) requirements

· 
Define of the medium to long-term roadmap of the product and derivation of implications (resources, budget & processes)

· 
Implement initiatives and promote sustainability while ensuring the security of the product design.

· 
Support day to day activities, participate in retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities.

· 
Designs, integrates and implements IT solutions and ensures that technical solutions, procedures and models for development are up-to-date and comply with standards

·  Ensures consistency across IT Products

 

This job will involve some travel for business once a quarter in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Your boarding pass:

· 
Solid knowledge of Cisco telephony and unified communications technologies.

· 
Cisco portfolio product certifications are a plus.

· 
Good knowledge on Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)

· 
Foundation on Cybersecurity, IT network and IT infrastructure

· 
You have good communication skills, capacity to drive the change and manage stakeholders

· 
A negotiation level in English is required, French would be a plus
