Intern within Airbus Procurement Processes and Governance Management (d/f/m)
We are offering an internship of a minimum duration of 6 months with a possible start in April or May 2025.

We are an integrated team from all Airbus divisions (Airbus Commercial, Airbus Defence and Space, Airbus Helicopters) and are located at eight different Airbus sites. Depending on the tasks, some business travel to Spain, France or UK can be involved. Our department enables and supports the Procurement teams through management and implementation of governance and processes.

Your tasks and responsibilities
We are offering a challenging and rewarding internship in Munich/Taufkirchen. You will be supporting the Procurement Process and Governance Team on the daily business and on two dedicated projects:
Organization and Governance Structure:
· Analyze the impact of organizational changes to the Airbus Procurement Organization Manual
· Support the update of the Organization Manual in project mode
· Perform adherence check and control
Business Management System:
· Analyze the as-is situation of requirements coverage in the Procurement organization with focus on external standards (such as ISO14001 Environmental Management, EN9100 Quality Management, ISO27001 Information Security Management) and airworthiness-related requirements (EASA)
· Identify potential gaps with fresh eyes
· Formulate recommendations for simplification and improvement of our organization, based on the as-is analysis
· Take into account existing or influence on new internal controls
Desired skills and qualifications
· Enrolled full time student within Business Management/Administration, Communication, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal/Compliance, Information Technology or similar field of study.
· High level of autonomy and drive (you will however be supported by a tutor from the department)

Good communication skills with an open-minded and proactive attitude
·
Desire to create and foster your own network within the company
·
Self-organized
·
Project management skills, a certification or at least a high interest in managing projects
·
Fluent in English (verbally and in writing) as the business language is English
·
German, French or Spanish will be a plus
