Description of the job
For Satair Group in Hamburg, we are looking for a Supply Officer (m/f) for the Supply Management of Cabin Upgrade Kits department.
Within the After-Sales division of Airbus the Cabin-Upgrade-Business is representing a quite significant portion.
The Cabin-Upgrade-Team is accountable for the on-time availability of Upgrade-kits for all demanding Airbus customers.
The size of such kits is considering a wide range from small packages up to complete cabin conversions.
Once the requested modifications are validated by the responsible engineering department, it is the task of the Supply Officer to order the dedicated material in the right quantity, with the right price, on time, at quality, to the right place in the requested quality.
We are operating in a predefined national and international supplier landscape.
After reception of the components the Supply Officer is coordinating the kitting-process with our internal logistic department until the final consignment is ready for dispatch to the airline-customer.

In our Supply Management team we are working in a young and dynamic environment, striving for growth, innovation and customer oriented services and solutions.
In this context, your main activities will be:
· Performing requirement planning, ordering and delivery monitoring for all defined material for a dedicated customer/supplier portfolio
· Ensuring all relevant elements from internal suppliers delivered as this is a key enabler for placing purchase orders one time/at quality
· Initiating special measures/recovery plan for time critical material
· Being in charge of missing parts management, secondary flow and resolving incoming disputes
· Initiating the escalation process in the case of unresolved issues or recurring and persistent risks
· Monitoring Supply Chain Performance on a day-to-day basis and maintaining regular contact with supplies
· Coordinating internal material flow from reception until final Kit-delivery to the end-customer
· Supporting the optimization of the E2E - Supply Chain process processes by considering Lean Management logic.
Required skills

· you have professional experience in operational supply Chain Management or Procurement
· you are highly motivated and open minded to work in a multinational environment
· you are flexible to adapt and you like to take over an active part to bring changes and improvements forward
· you are an exquisitely team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
· you are customer focused at any time, quality oriented and have the ability to solve problems independently
· ideally you have experience in the After-Sales-Market or Customer Service
· you have a negotiation level of English, German would be a plus
· you are proficient in SAP/R3 preferred module MM/PP and MS-Office (particular advanced Excel Skills).
