BASIC PURPOSE
Provide Maintenance Engineering and fleet management support activities(associated to EASA/EMAR Part M scope) to manage and assure the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft of the Customer fleets that are necessary to get a safety operation with the highest level of fleet availability and lowest maintenance cost, always in compliance with the Customer's National Regulation Authorities.
Support the customer in all Continuing Airworthiness activities.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /MAJOR END RESULTS
· Liaison with customer for continuing airworthiness activities and fleet management
· Control of Continuing airworthiness for Customer fleet
· Fleet availability and performance
· Maintenance scheduled economics and available performances
· Continuous improvement of Customer maintenance programme.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Perform the activities covering the scope of CAMO services department, including but not limited to:

Support the development and update of the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP), including the implementation and management of the OMP in the Customer IT TOOL (MDS)
· Support the analysis of effectiveness of OMP and optimization processes as required.
· Analysis of all Engineering Documentation (ADs, SBs, VSBs, Modifications, Engineering Orders, SIL, AOT, etc. for all ATA), in order to be implemented in the customer fleet. Update the related data bases and/or IT TOOL (MDS) with required data. Adapt the documentation requested by the Customer to the specific format to be approved and later on used by the maintenance organization.
· Support the monitoring of the reliability of aircraft systems and components of the customer fleet, performing all the required activities to issue the operator reliability reports if needed.
· Ensure aircraft configuration control and update of aircraft included in fleet through the IT TOOL (MDS) and any other documentation (logbooks, etc)
· Perform weekly check of fleet status in accordance with Customer requirements
· Support the definition of the work packages for the different maintenance events (Retrofit, C-Check, etc.)
· Support the Customer in the annual revision of the Certificate of Airworthiness.
· Answer and support Customer in relation to any Technical Query associated with the aforementioned activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Aeronautical Engineer or equivalent with three (3) or more years’ experience in the aeronautical field as a CAMO/Part 145 Engineer, Airline Engineer or Technical Services Engineer.
· Experience of developing / monitoring a maintenance programme and planning activities.
· The ability to assess Operator Maintenance Programme work pack content and to ensure requirements of work packs are carried out by the contracted Part 145 Organization
· Sound knowledge of ES military regulations and procedures.
· Understanding of SAF’s operation, processes and Aircraft management systems.
· Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
The position is located at Customer Facilities in Madrid
Need to travel in accordance wiht Customer needs.
