SUMMARY OF POSITION

As part of the design office section, the structural engineer is in charge of the structural solutions and integration into the helicopters. For that purpose, he/she is in charge of structural design, part/installation drawing and documents up to the certification of the system including stress analysis.

設計課 構造設計技術者として、ヘリコプター艤装に関する構造的なソリューション、インテグレーションの設計を担当する。

構造設計、部品/取付図面作成、強度計算及び証明に関する書類作成を担当する。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Feasibility study  for structural design (Location, installation method, vibration and stress point of view etc.)
·  To design interfaces between helicopters and equipment and structural drawing creation
·  to prepare all documents necessary for the design, the installation and the certification of the system into the Helicopter (eg. Instructions of installation, Test procedure, Stress analysis, certification plan etc.)
·  To prepare, participate all design review part or AHJ development process
·  In all, to apply airworthiness rules as well as internal standards. 
·  To exchange with central (AH / AHD) on technical aspect such as latest technology, product policy, design review
·  To survey state of the art technology evolutions, and proactively think about their application

·  全てのデザインレビューの準備及び参加
·  全業務に関して、耐空性及び法令の遵守
·  本社(AH/AHD)との最新技術、製品ポリシー、デザインレビュー等の技術的な意見交換
·  設計品質向上のための最先端技術調査

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential / 必須

· 
Experience of electrical drawing creation with 3D CAD

三次元CADによる構造図面作成経験

· 
Degree or diploma of mechanical engineering 

機械工学系の大学、専門学校卒業者

· 
Work experience as engineer in aviation industry

航空業界における技術系の職務経験

· 
English skill of document preparation

英語で書類作成が可能な方

· 
Positive and welcome problem mindset

明朗かつチャレンジ精神のある方

Desirable / 望ましい

Experience of certification plan creation
