Job Description:

Airbus Co mmercial Airc r aft is looking for a Senior HRIS Manager  to join our HR Digital department based in  Herndon, VA or Mobile, AL.

The Human Resources Information Systems Manager (“HRIS Manager”) is responsible for leading major HR system process and design projects, systems configuration, implementation and maintenance of data standards, reporting and analytics. The HRIS Manager closely collaborates with stakeholders and senior team members to assist in the research, analysis and coordination of HRIS project implementations, enhancements and upgrades.  This position will report to the Head of HR Digital Transformation, North America.

Your challenges:

· 
Develops and defines  the technology roadmap for HRIS and the full ecosystem of tools (CRM, HR Portal, Pay Survey tool) needed for successful HR operations, identifying new trends and technologies for possible implementation and making recommendations on replacing or improving existing ineffective systems or processes. 

· 
Drives alignment on business priorities between regional customers (Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partner organizations), central HR Digital capabilities and regional North America IS organizations. 

· 
Spearheads significant HR systems process and design projects, as well as configuration, implementation and maintenance for HR systems in the region. 

· 
Executes full cycle project management for large projects on HRIS systems and digital tools to provide solutions to a variety of HRIS operational challenges and needs. 

· 
Facilitates and leads project teams, develops project charters, work breakdown structures, project schedules and milestone plans, risk management, communication plans, issue logs and decision logs. 

· 
Drives the vendor relationship with all HR system vendors: manages project timeline, budget, risks and scope, maintains project documentation, produces status reports and communicates status to management. 

· 
Supports internal and external audit partners through reporting and technical expertise

· 
Ensures HRIS system compliance with federal and state regulations, data security and privacy requirements

 

Your boarding pass:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, related field or equivalent work experience required

· 
15+ years of experience in managing medium to large scale HR system projects of significant complexity

· 
3+ years experience managing and developing staff. 

· 
Experience in managing and completing an HRIS implementation (HCM) required.

· 
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Vantage, Kronos or Workday HCM) required.

· 
Experience with project management tools required. 

· 
Workday certification in Human Capital Management required.
