Job Description

·  To assess and support permanently the employee requests.
·  Intervention in the family counselling request by the elaboration of Technical Social. Reports to provide credit on the family counselling situations declared.
·  Continuous improvement on the performance related to the functions in the Collective Agreement (Loans, allowances for studies, allowances for treating disabilities).
·  Be part as technician and assessor in the Harassment Commissions.
·  Be part of the Social Affairs Commission and the Equity, diversity and ESR Commission.
·  Pert of the Absenteeism Commission to contribute to reduce the absenteeism figures.
·  Managing and processing the events considered in the Live Insurance Policy.
·  Intervention in the programs for disability, retirement…
·  Support and/or coordinate intra and inter departmental projects.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Social Work.
·  At least 1-2 years of experience in Social Work.
·  Good communication and negotiation skills.
